Sales Tax:
All items shipped within Maine will be subject to a 5.5% sales tax.
Ground Delivery within the Continental U.S. : All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS ground service. Please contact us for a shipping quote to destinations outside the continental US, Canada, and any international addresses.
For custom pieces the ship date will vary and I will be better able to quote you once we have discussed the item and design. Typically once design is approved and payment is received, 2-3 weeks.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, ever. The personal information you provide during the placement of your order is used strictly for internal purposes; to process, confirm or track your order.

I stand behind every piece I create. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom items since they are made to each individuals specifications. I go through a series of steps to ensure that you will know exactly what your are getting and I am happy to send color samples so that you know the exact color, so please ask. Once you have signed off for approval you will receive the design we agreed upon with your chosen colors. If you receive an item you believe is imperfect, defective or damaged in shipping please contact me ASAP and we can decide what to do.
